I'm a world traveller and photographer. I favour mostly remote and pristine landscapes but also the diversity of cultures and people the World has to offer. I've been commended and awarded in international competitions such as Sony World Photography Awards and PDN's World in Focus.

They are considered young mountains and consist of a very soft texture. It appears they will disintegrate with time. It is a very compelling sight and a wonder of the natural World.
This is an image of Tash-Rabat, a 15th century caravanserai located in central Kyrgyzstan. Caravanserais were spread along the old Silk Road to provide shelter to merchant caravans travelling between Istanbul and China. This is one of the best preserved caravanserais in Central Asia.
Kyrgyzstan is a rugged Central Asian country along the Silk Road, the ancient route between Istanbul and China. The country is dominated by the Tian Shan mountain range and is home to epic land and clouscapes such as this one. In the foreground some yaks are grazing peacefully.
